Privacy Policy

Leakless (leaklesshq.com) is operated by ARKFLOW, INC., 131 Continental Dr Ste 305, Newark, DE 19713 ("ArkFlow", "we", "us"). This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through the Leakless website and service, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions: support@arkflow.io.

Information we collect

  • Waitlist information. When you join the waitlist we collect your email address, the page you signed up from, and any campaign parameters in the link you followed (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content).
  • Account and billing information (once the service is live). Business name, contact name, email, phone number, business address, service area, hours, services and price ranges, and the information needed for carrier texting registration (such as legal business name and EIN). Payments are handled by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.
  • Service data we process for our customers. To provide the service to businesses that use Leakless, we process call and SMS metadata (phone numbers, timestamps, call status), message content, voicemail recordings and transcripts, lead details submitted through web forms or forwarded lead emails, booking details, and opt-out records. We process this information on behalf of the business that uses Leakless.
  • Device and usage data. Like most websites, our servers and hosting provider automatically receive technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, referring URL, and timestamps.

How we use information

  • To run the waitlist and tell you when early access opens.
  • To provide, maintain, secure and improve the Leakless service, including sending and receiving texts and emails on behalf of our customers.
  • To register businesses for carrier texting programs, process payments, and provide customer support.
  • To prevent fraud, spam and abuse, and to honor opt-out requests.
  • To understand how our website is used (in aggregate) and to measure which campaigns bring visitors.
  • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We share it only as needed to run the service:

  • Service providers that host our website and database, process payments, deliver SMS and voice traffic, and send email. They may use the information only to provide services to us.
  • Carriers and registration bodies, as required to register businesses for texting and deliver messages.
  • Legal and safety reasons, when required by law or to protect the rights, safety and property of our users, the public, or ArkFlow.
  • Business transfers, in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

Mobile information. We never sell or share mobile numbers or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

Cookies and analytics

We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Our hosting provider records aggregate visit statistics (such as page views, referrers, device type and country) to show us how the site is used, and may set strictly necessary cookies for security and performance (for example, bot protection). We also store campaign parameters (UTM values) in your browser's session storage for the length of your visit so we can attribute a waitlist signup to the link you came from. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work. If we add other analytics tools, we will update this policy.

Retention

We keep waitlist information until early access opens and for a reasonable period afterward, or until you ask us to delete it. Account, billing and service data are kept for as long as the account is active and as needed to meet legal, tax, accounting and consent-record obligations; consent and opt-out records may be kept longer to prove compliance. We then delete or anonymize the information.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to be removed from the waitlist, by emailing support@arkflow.io. We will respond within a reasonable time and may need to verify your request. If you received a text sent through Leakless, reply STOP to opt out. If your information was provided to us by a business that uses Leakless, we may refer your request to that business.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, including access controls and encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children

Leakless is a business service and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact support@arkflow.io and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and change the "Last updated" date. If changes are material, we will provide additional notice where appropriate.
