SMS / Texting Terms

Leakless is operated by ARKFLOW, INC., 131 Continental Dr Ste 305, Newark, DE 19713. These terms apply to text messages sent through Leakless by businesses that use it, and to texts we send to our own customers.

Program description

Businesses use Leakless to reply by text to people who called them or asked to be contacted, for example missed-call replies, questions about the job, appointment scheduling and confirmations, and owner alerts. Marketing texts (such as seasonal reminders) are sent only to people who have given prior express written consent.

How consent is given

  • Calling or contacting a business: if you call a business that uses Leakless and the call is missed, or you submit a request asking to be contacted, you may receive a reply text about your request. You will receive no further messages unless you reply.
  • Web forms: forms that collect a mobile number include a consent checkbox describing the texts you will receive.
  • Marketing texts: sent only with your prior express written consent, given for example by checking an unchecked consent box or replying YES to a request. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
  • Business owners: owners who sign up for Leakless agree to receive account alerts by text when they verify their mobile number.

Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt out and help

Reply STOP to opt out at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts from that business's number unless you opt back in. Reply HELP for help, or email support@arkflow.io.

Sample message

"Hi, this is {Business}. Sorry we missed your call! What can we help with? (Reply STOP to opt out)"

Quiet hours

Marketing texts are sent only between 8 AM and 8 PM in the recipient's local time.

Privacy

We never sell or share mobile numbers or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
